2007 Print of the Month Portfolio:
Photographs from this
selection of Kim's latest works are from his Mamiya RB 67 which he
inherited from his father Cole Weston. Of the 12 photographs selected
personally by Kim, each image is enlarged to the 5x7 format and
mounted on 11x14 museum quality mat board. The entire making of these
fine art photographs are done exclusively by Kim. Kim affectionately
refers to his Mamiya 67 as his "camera with wings" It has given him
more freedom and movement while he is photographing.
Carrying
on with a family tradition that began with his Grandfather Edward, Kim
Weston offers "The 2007 Print of the Month". This unique offer
provides an opportunity for collectors to acquire 12 of Kim's original
photographs at a discounted price. These beautiful and expressive 5x7
Black and White photographs are hand printed, archivally processed and
mounted on 11x14 museum quality mat board. They are signed on the
front by the artist.
