Greetings!

The New Website is up! A special thank you to Roger Smith of RAS Media Design who helped me design and build it. As some of you know this site of ours has been ever evolving. This is our 4th website design since our original launch in 2001 or was is it 2000, I just can remember anymore! I highly recommend Roger for your website needs. I picked Word Press for my site this time. I realized that I just couldn't do it on my own any more. Roger is highly competent, with great ideas and knows how to get things done on task. Calm, cool and collect are good traits to have while building websites. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that the site runs efficiently, looks clean and is easy to navigate. But the best part of all, I can do all the updating myself!!! Yeah! Enjoy browsing through it. I still have a lot to add, so keep checking back often. You can also subscribe via RSS, which means that every time I post something it comes into your email box!

Wildcat Hill

The weather in California has been amazing! While most of the United States is under a blank of cold and snow - we are experiencing 70 degree weather! The days have been so warm and the wildlife abundant on my morning walks.

Kim is in Phoenix, AZ for a weeklong celebration of photography. The week began with his in-gallery talk with Becky Senf at the Phoenix Art Museum which is showing works by Brett Weston and Sonya Noskowiak. The event was supposed to be held in the gallery but over 100 people showed up so they had to move it into the lecture hall. He also met with several local photographers and collectors from Phoenix and was the guest speaker at an “In Salon” gathering. Kim and Randy also have a joint show at 422 Fine Art and Gallery, the opening was on Friday night. The week culminated with a Platinum Printing Workshop at the Museum with Randy. Our son Zach went with Kim to assist in the talks and to video the events! Pictures coming soon.
